My significant other purchased these floor liners for me for *** through ***By *** the mats had started to fall apartThe part that clips the mat into the floor on the Drivers side have fallen off and no longer secure the mat to the floorI attempted to return the product through *** but was told I couldn't since it had been longer than thirty days past days of purchase

I purchased floor liners from this company on *** for a ***The website has a step by step tool that helps determine the exact model that you need for your truckI followed these steps exactlyUpon receipt of the floor liners, they were folded and creased completelyWe had to postpone use and allow them to lay flat OUTSIDE for days in an attempt to have them usefulUpon installation, we have found that they were completely the wrong size and would not fit the truckWe have attempted to contact the company via their contact us form on their website with no response
