The walkway pavers are loose & the sand & gravel are falling out
Purchased 09/13/2018, installed 2 to 3 weeks later rep Joseph *** the total sum was $800.00
I have attempted to call about the issues only to be told with in a 3 week period you are on a list, they will not give me a date only we are on the list, if the repairs are not made to correct their negligence then I request a full refund
This complaint is being taken care of,He wanted us to jump because he called, very rude called me 7 times in 20 minutes told him he would have to wait until I could arrange someone to look at the job. With all the rain this summer everyone has fallen behind Plus the rain coming off his roof with no gutters caused a wash out under his pavers had nothing at all to do with workman ship of his Job.He kept telling me our work is incompentent. And to find out it was mother nature.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The repair was finally done AFTER CONTACTING ms. PEGGY FOR 6 WEEKS, I WOULD LIKE IT NOTED THAT SHE ID THE rude PERSON, I HAVE A LOG OF EVERY CALL WITH HER ANSWER THAT SHE GAVE TO ME OVER THE MY ATTEMPT TO GET THE REPAIR DONE, I DO NOT LIKE HER CALLING ME THE RUDE PERSON ALL HER ANSWERS WERE YOU ON THE LIST, BUT WHEN YOU QUESTION HER ABOUT THE LIST VERY RUDE.
A few years back I wanted to landscape my yard and I stopped in to Sunshine Nursery for some help on what would work best for me. From the get go the staff was very helpful and informative on what was best. I showed them pictures of my house and they showed me what plants worked best for what seasons and what kind of rock would look best around the house. Very professional and very nice people for sure. After a while I decided I wanted to have my driveway done with pavers so I went back and had them come out and give me an estimate on what I wanted. They showed up on time and gave me a very fair price on the work that was going to be done. The crew showed me what was going to be done and explained in detail and was very in depth every step of the way. I gave them a bit of a timeline, as I was having family come in from out of state and needed it done fairly quick, and they made sure they met that timeline. The crew worked non stop to get the job done and I was beyond pleased with the work that they did. EXCELLENT WORK GUYS!! I highly, highly recommend the folks at Sunshine Nursery for any landscaping and paver needs. The whole staff is very professional and very helpful every step of the way. Thank you guys for everything you have done to help me. It is very much appreciated and I look forward to doing business with you again
