Sunshine Orlando Rentals

I recently found an address to the local office and went to request assistance since we are now on our 3rd day and still have no resolutionWe booked this location based on the amenities it stated it provides, yet we have not been able to enjoy any of itThe beds were extremely small and uncomfortable, my grandmother even fell off of the bed and woke up with crampsThe kids, as mentioned previously have not been able to enjoy the poolI went to the office since none of my calls, or voicemails were answered and we were kicked out like dogsThe gentleman whom was there, from the moment he opened the door was being rude "what do you want?" This is completely unacceptable and very disrespectfulWe paid a lot of money to enjoy this vacation for my family, not that it matters to any of you allThis is the first vacation for us in years and it has gone wrong since day 1, due to this rental propertyI feel I spent too much for all of these inconveniencesYes, the community pool was available, thankfully, however that is not the one I paid for, I like the privacyIf we would have been left instructions or at least the cleaning stick I would have felt comfortable letting the kids get in, but their safety comes firstThe pool was filthy, green and full of insectsThe watet looked like it was sitting for months, and the pump was out of orderI took a sample of the water to a pool store and they found no trace of chlorine in it, they also found pollen meaning this pool had not been serviced in monthsThe dinning room chairs were brokenThe bathrooms had moldBoth of the management companies refused to come outThey claimed they did but never showed upI have pictures to prove everythingPlease treat your customers as you would like to be treated
