Received an extremely unprofessional and discourteous engagement with this business. I requested two quotes for service, house painting plus deck. The quote I received for the deck was $9,400 which is outrageous!
After requesting clarification the owner came back highly defensive at making the error, said I could pay $9,400 or $940, which ever suited me! The owner also requested "feedback" on the quotes, which I provided and he promptly dismissed this decided he 'would pass' on my business. Owner needs to take a lesson from [redacted] on how to treat customers and improve customer experience.
