Review: Was told when made appointment that there was a $95 service charge that would applied to the cost of fixing the heater. Technician said heater could not be fixed, however the sell them. He took make and model of heater to bring to his office. He told us someone would call with a price of a new heater.
Three weeks later I get an invoice for $103.19 with a hand written note on the invoice "CPVC coil is cracked and needs to be replaced. Will call one part is located and repair can be completed." First of all, I thought the office was calling with a price of a new heater. Now it can be fixed????????Desired Settlement: cancel invoice completely
