I am rejecting this response because: I'm not lie he can take any actions , I have a witness the lady from the Willows Chamber of commerce look the car and all the tinting bubbles on the windows you guys can call her and verify her number is [redacted] and her email , [redacted] Also if he has 40 years on this business not mean he din't make mistake's

Response:Business stated "So this consumer came in our shop wanting to have his car done. He paid for the service then we started the process. Something happened and he had an emergency so he had to take the car in the middle of the process. I told him that this job was not even half way finished and he said he had to go. I cant keep the car to finish the job, so he left. He came back a few days later and complained about his car not looking good. I told him that he left in the middle of the job and that I wasn't going to fix it for free, because essentially that meant that I was going to have to restart the job from the beginning. This was not an easy fix. Its not my fault that he left and I told him that he shouldn't take that car because it wasn't going to look right. But he didn't listen. This was a issue that he created himself. He got mad and called the police. When the police showed up they were shaking their heads when I told them my side and also there was other customers in the shop that day and they were shaking there heads too. He cant have me fix his issue for free, because he created the problem, he should have left the car with me so it could be fixed from start to finish. He told me that he was going to take me to small claims court, so that's what I am waiting for. He created this issue. "

Review: Hi I drop my car whit this guy to tinting my windows on 2015 Nissan Altima and he tinting on Sep 22 2015 and I told him went he finish he left some bubbles on the windows and he say is because is wet a say ok , but on the next days I call him many times and he din't answer my calls, finally I found him yesterday 9/30/2015 at 3 pm and show hem his shop he decide to take them all off and make me a appointment next day after 11 am but he din't show up till 4 pm and he decide to not doing anything if I don't pay him again, I decide to take a video of his shop and he screaming me to live his shop, I call the police to open a report, sorry my grammar is not good because my english is poorDesired Settlement: get my money back please I don't want a deal whit him any moore

I send you the picture of the car wen he take the tinting out becouse he take them off the day before ina he make me a appointment and when I get to his shop he say if I pay he can do again and I say no yo told me you doing today and he say no so I call the cop and when I waiting I take a short video and he screaming get are here. I also have a witness the lady of the chamber of commerce ho see my car when is the windows tinting and she see all the bad work hes doing her name is [redacted] and shes # [redacted]

Business states: "We have security footage and time stamps of everything that he did. Hes actually the liar in this transaction. If he continues to lie about our business and slander us, then we will have to take further action. Hes the scam artist. We have been doing this for 40 years and never had this kind of issue. When we do have issue we take of it, but this guy is going too far. He is a flat out lair and we don't want to deal with this guy anymore."
