They ended up taking over hours trying to install the new unit and running out of sedaline the first dayWe came to an agreement that they would come back on a Saturday as I am unable to get any days off, Saturday comes around they spend another 4+ hours here only to tell me that they pulled on cords in my wall and broke them
After finding this out they said we would receive a call and left, taking my old unit away leaving me with a heat pump that doesn't work and no idea on when it will be up and runningThey had no respect for the fact that I had pets, constantly leaving the door open that I had to close behind them
If you get quotes, and ones much lower than the restThere's a reason for it

Recently my Heat Pump stopped working, which was installed by Sunshine Renewable Energy There was a code on my Heat Pump of CHupon researching in documentation it indicated a problem with the fan motor I contacted Sunshine with this information and was told a tech would be there on WedFebby 9am which wasn't the case, I called and asked at am and a tech called me back and was there by
Sunshine sent me a pdf with the rates, which included the following:
$*** call out fee after first year elapsed (this would include up to one hour during initial diagnostic visit)
This indicated to me that the initial visit would include hour of labour
The tech indicated to me that he would check the unit to ensure that it was the fan motor, once he did this, he indicated that he didn't have any motors and that they were on back order and they would have to come back to install it This didn't take much time at all

I didn’t purchase through sunshine however I wish I didThere customer service and service team is going above and beyond helping me repair a problem with my unit that they never installed in the first placeEven their owner has been in contact with me every step of the way to make sure I am satisfied
