Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Notice that Sunshine Roof does not dispute that the roof is leaking and it admits that it does not know why after roofing the house twice and repairing leaks more times it does not know why the roof is leaking and wants to perform tests Every time Sunshine Roof attempts to fix their poor workmanship, the damage to my house increasesSunshine Roof does not address the damage to the interior of my house nor the danger of the leak being located close to my electrical panel in its response Sunshine Roof had to be *** to perform warranty repairs and has never successfully roofed my house Sunshine Roof does not have an unlimited number of attempts to correct their defective work They have proven to be able to fix the problemIt is now time for me to have a qualified competent contractor fix my roof and the damage to my houseI have additional pictures available The following facts are not in dispute: Sunshine Roof installed a roof that leaked from the moment it was installedSunshine Roof attempted a substandard repair by applying a line of roofing tar to fix a major leak (See picture) Sunshine Roof was served with a [redacted] after they did not respond to my request for repair to my roof under their warranty Sunshine Roof and I settled to re-roof my house with me paying for half of the material costs (an outrageous cost to me to repair their work) After re-roofing the roof leaked againSunshine Roof replaced a large portion of the front of my house in to stop the leak The roof continued to leakIn the roof leaked again causing damage to a large area of ceiling in my laundry room, corridor and kitchen (see attached photos) Sunshine roof attempted to repair this leakThe repair work was so extensive that [redacted] required them to get a permit Once again, the repair was unsuccessful and the leak is worse than ever (See video) I reject their claim based on the above facts and documentary evidence They are not capable of addressing the damage to my roof and house Regards, [redacted]

Sunshine Roofing of [redacted] was engaged to roof my house in The roof was improperly installed and leaked Sunshine Roof performed a terrible repair using roofing cement only The roof had multiple problems that Sunshine Roof refused to repair After not receiving any satisfaction and while the roof was still under warranty a [redacted] was filed in August to force Sunshine Roof to repair the roofThe [redacted] was settled with me having to pay for half of the materials for another roof Since the second roof was installed the roof has had several leaks that have affected the interior of my house and ceilings On two occasions, the repairs to the roof failed and the leaks were worsened The second leak repair was so extensive that it required a permit to fix the roof This attempt to fix the roof has resulted in a worse leak that runs behind a wall close to my electrical panel When contacted Sunshine Roofing said that what they did was not what was wrongThey don't know what is wrong and want to do tests on my house Each time they touch my house it gets more damageI want to get my roof fixed by a competent contractorI have photo and video evidence

We have responded promptly to this customerMuch of what has been reported by the customer is not true or is a one sided view of the events that have transpiredWe are willing to stand behind our work and make any roof repairs deemed necessary, but at this point the customer has refused this service and demands a full refundIn our opinion this is not a reasonable or equitable solution to this problem.We would like the opportunity to determine if in fact this is a roof problem, and if so, make the repairs that are needed.Sincerely, *** ***
