Mr [redacted] complaint about the delay on the construction is understandable, we have a delay on his job, but we are working to schedule and complete job ASAP

The city inspection was approvedThe part that still pending is the yard and concrete that was damage during the parking and removal of the City of Bexar Waste dumpsterOur company Representative Emerson went a head on his own and work on the yard and buy and put new soil to the area of grass that was damageHe also communicate with the Bexar Waste Rep [redacted] about damages and they inform him that they are reviewing how to handle it, and the best time to fix grassThe roofing and gutters have been completed as agreed, and pass all City codes requirements, and we hope our customer is completed satisfied with our job, as per the damage on her yard, we are hooping the City of Bexar waste department take part and take care of the damages to yard and concrete Thank you for your assistance, [redacted] Sunshine Roofing

I am rejecting this response because:I am not confident that any service rendered will make up for the avoidance and lack of professionalism that Sunshine Roofing has demonstratedFor a moment I started to initiate a police report because the transaction felt nothing less than a scamI do not want to take a chance on a faulty roof installation that will not even occur until another month from now (months from accepted payment)The only desired outcome is full refund

acknowledge and update customers on any delay issuesI've received only two separate responses after two "already broken" suspense's*** the sales rep, originally stated that our home could be done as soon as the next weekIt has been months since then, and months since the last contactI've tried ***'s cellphone and the office number plenty of times with no luckIn conclusion, if I had any idea that my roof would still be in the same condition past the New Year, I would have not considered the service at all.

I am rejecting this response because:Although Sunshine Roofing Company cleared the code violations for the roof replacement THEY'VE YET TO PROPERLY RESOLVE AND REPAIR THE DAMAGE TO MY YARD THEY'RE UNRESPONSIVE TO CALLS AND EMAILS MR*** *** WITH THE HELP OF A FRIEND FILLED THE DEEP TRENCHES MADE IN MY YARD FROM HIS SUBCONTRACTOR PULLING A TON DUMPSTER THROUGH MY YARD WITH DIRT!! I'VE TOLD MR*** THE DAY THAT HE WAS IN MY YARD FILLING IN THE TRENCHES WITH DIRT THAT IT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND IT WAS NOT RESTORING MY YARD BACK TO THE CONDITION IT WAS IN PRIOR TO THE DAMAGE I TOLD MR*** THAT THE SOD MUST BE REPLACEDMR*** STATED THAT HE WAS COMING OUT OF POCKET TO REPAIR MY YARD AND I EXPRESSED MY SYMPATHY BUT TOLD HIM MY YARD AND CONCRETE MUST REPAIRED MR*** PROMISED TO COME BACK AND REPLACE THE SOD AND REPAIR THE CONCRETE THIS HAS YET TO BE DONE AND I NOTICED THAT THE RESPONSES FROM SUNSHINE ROOFING ARE INCONSISTENT AND NOT TOTALLY TRUTHFULSUNSHINE ROOFING CONTRACTED WITH BEXAR WASTE MANAGEMENT WHO PULLED A TON DUMPSTER THROUGH MY YARD CAUSING HORRIBLE DAMAGE TO THE SOD IN MY YARD AND DAMAGE TO MY CONCRETE DRIVEWAYTHIS DAMAGE IS RUINING THE CURB APPEAL OF MY HOME AND MY HOA ISSUED A WARNING REGARDING THE CONDITION OF MY YARD THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND QUITE SCANDALOUS THAT I HAVE TO CONTINUE THIS BACK AND FORTH WITH SUNSHINE ROOFING THE REPAIR TO MY YARD AND CONCRETE SHOULD HAVE ALREADY OCCURRED BUT YET I'M BEING SHAFTEDI'M SEEKING LEGAL ASSISTANCE AS I'VE LEARNED FROM THE WORKERS THAT HAVE COME TO MY HOME THAT SUNSHINE ROOFING HAS NOT PAID THEIR WORKERS FOR THE WORK THEY'VE DONE ON OUR ROOF AND OTHER ROOFS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE BUT I ALSO DID NOT SOLICIT THIS INFORMATIONBUT MORE IMPORTANTLY AND RELEVANT TO MY COMPLAINT, I BELIEVE THAT THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ACCREDITED BY THE Revdex.com AS I DON'T BELIEVE THEY'RE HONEST NOR DO I BELIEVE THEY WILL EVER DO WHAT IS RIGHT AND FAIR BY ME WHICH WOULD BE TO PROPERLY REPAIR AND RESTORE MY YARD AND CONCRETE DRIVEWAY

I am rejecting this response because: Not all of the issues have been resoloved I am relieved to learn that the roof replacement passed the inspection by the City of Schertz BUT I am still dismayed about the damage to my yard by pulling a dumpster through it Any professional person should have pre-assessed the potential damage this would cause to our lawn and to our irrigation system I've observed many roof replacements in our neighborhood since the hail storm in the spring of and I've not seen ONE company pull a dumpster through a customer's yard or place the dumpster in a customer's yardI've observed dumpsters parked on the street or in the driveway Common sense should have required a smaller dumpster that you could have left on the street on pulled into our driveway Instead your company chose to allow a huge and heave dumpster to be pulled through our yard, which caused damage to our lawn and to our driveway SEE PICTURES OF THIS HORRIBLE DAMAGE!Your response is unprofessional It is not okay You DID NOT OBTAIN AND RECEIVE OUR PERMISSION TO PULL A DUMPSTER THROUGH OUR YARD YOUR RESPONSE SHOULD HAVE INCLUDED AN APOLOGY So COME FIX THE DAMAGE

We have work on her yard to take care of area damage, but we are trying to work with the city of Bexar waste department to get assistance in fixing this issueWe want Ms Sweed to be satisfied with our services, the roof and gutters have been completed, unfortunately the damage to the lawn and side walk was done by the city dumpsters and we working with them to have a resolution asap

For Mr [redacted] we schedule his roofing installation for March 7, and we have send customer an email to advise him of job schedule as well.

Dear Ms Sweed, We are working very hard to provide you with good service, quality and a 10 years guaranty on your roof. We are very happy to confirm that per City of Schertz inspector your roof was install to their standards and regulations. Therefore, the inspection was successfully pass...

without any further changes. We apologize for any concern this have may cause you, and we are happy to know that they roofing crew did a quality installation of your roof as per the City quality standards.Also we try our best to park our trucks and dumpsters were is convenient for the customer to have access to their home and garages. The city was previously inform of your home layout and driveway, and we request them to be extra careful with your home, as much as possible while parking and picking up the dumpster. We understand the City Dumpster needed to park on one side of your home instead of the front driveway, causing some damages to your grass and a small crack on your pavement. I contact them and they inform me that due to the front layout of the home, it was best to park on the side, and also the driveway said he have the ok to do so by someone at the house while parking. We appreciate your trust, and patient, and we want to be sure your are taking care. Therefore we are going to do everything we can to fix the small crack and  help to restore your beautiful lawn.Best regards,

I am rejecting this response because:This company has been completely unresponsive to all of our calls for the last month.  I've left messages and have sent emails as well as text messages which are not being responded to.  The representative from the company DID NOT REPAIR OR RESTORE OUR YARD to what is was prior to the damage.  The actual grass squares should be replaced in our yard!  Filling our yard with dirt is not ACCEPTABLE. We request that Sunshine Roofing REPLACE ALL DAMAGED GRASS SQUARES IN OUR YARD.This company contracted with Bexar Waste Management to put a dumpster on our property and signed a service agreement taking responsibility for damages to our property (see attached).  Therefore Sunshine Roofing Company is responsible for the repair of yard.   The City of Schertz and Bexar Waste Management Company as well as ourselves have tried for the past month to contact Sunshine Roofing but without success.  They are not answering calls and or returning calls.THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ACCREDITED. THESE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.
