Had our $a/c unit installed by these thieves in and every year after that we had to have them come back out to replace the blower motor in the hottest part of the year and had to wait 3-days before repair could be done as they do not carry the partThis year we had companies come out and told us the unit was installed improperly and that is why we have so many problems with the motorIt took numerous calls and me calling [redacted] in order for them to fix the problemNot even a month later the blower motor has blown again due to it working so hard through the past yearNow in order for the part to be replaced we have to pay half of the repairThey scheduled an appointment yesterday morning 10/24/and proceeded to tell me when I called after 2pm that my husband misunderstood what they saidHe specifically asked me if I would be home (my schedule varies) and I said yes and wasted the whole morning for nothingI don't feel that this company is out for anything but to steal peoples money and screw you over!

Review: This place is horrible!!!!! I went in and paid for my husband’s shoes to get repaired. The older man there said he would just "GLUE' them back together. I said no he needs the entire bottom he said "alright $55.00". I was going back and forth with my fiancé letting him know how much it was he even said $55 was too much! I paid for it anyway and left on my way.... 6 days later I go and pick them up left my ticket in the car. Unfortunately I asked the guy " I paid for this right? he immediately said NO!. so I PAID AGAIN!!! I go to my car and the ticket read deposit and owe. He had written 55.00 slanted on the receipt. BUT since he didn’t write PAID he said it wasn’t PAID for. CLEARLY if it says deposit of $55.00 and the charge was $55.00 that means it was PAID. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. I paid $110.00 for this [redacted] job!

This man was yelling at me telling me she knows she didnt pay I know it and she knows it!!!!

BECAREFUL PEOPLE MAYBE THATS HOW HE IS STILL IN BUSINESS BY WRITTING TICKETS AND STEALING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS!Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back!
