The Denver Peer project will be completed by March 5-and we offered to provide the client an additional $worth of product.I will follow up with the Revdex.com office when we ship the product and provide the tracking number when we email the client.*** ***Sunshine Sports***

Review: We ordered and paid $1430.00 for 200 Unit challenge coins on 3/27/2013 from [redacted] of Sunshine Sports. I have been in contact with him on a monthly basis until September of this year asking when we would receive our coins and he would always tell me they would be here shortly. He has not responded to my phone calls, emails, or voice messages since September. Another member of our Booster Club managed to contact him about a month ago and he still did not offer to refund our money or produce our coins. We also ordered 25 Air Force Golf coins on 5/29/2013 and paid him $182.50 and have not received those coins either. He has not responded to my repeated efforts to send us our coins or refund our money.Desired Settlement: We would like to get our entire $1612.50 refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,

[redacted],

In regards to our complaint against Sunshine Sports, #[redacted], [redacted] managed to send us $500 but failed to deliver the balance of $1112 he offered to pay by the end of January. Can we reopen the complaint?

Thank you,

I have done business with this company several times in the past and have sent significant business to Mr. [redacted]. As a law enforcement professional representing a major city police department (out of state), several of my colleagues and myself placed orders for challenge coins and lapel pins and paid in full as per Mr. [redacted] request. Despite numerous emails, phone calls and assurances of delivery we still have not received the paid for merchandise. Mr. [redacted] now refuses to return phone calls or emails from any of us.

I would not conduct business with this company as they have committed theft from at least several customers.

Review: Ordered/purchased 150 lapel pins in March/2013 for $440.00. As of August 19th, 2013, have not received items. Left several emails, phone messages with no response. Requested refund if owner was unable to fulfill. No response. I have spoken to others that have experienced the same issue.Desired Settlement: Send refund of money. Though I understand that he does not do this either.

Review: On September 22, 2015 I paid [redacted] of Sunshine Sports in Moscow, ID $985.00 for 100 Denver Police Peer Support Team Challenge coins. He promised delivery of all 100 coins in 6-8 weeks. In repeated communications with [redacted] he's offered excuses and promises but here it is almost 20 weeks after I paid him and I have no coins and he refuses to communicate with me. Two weeks ago I gave him a final opportunity to make good on the order and warned him that I'd file a complaint and seek a full refund on February 1, 2016 if I hadn't heard from him-which of course I didn't.

I deeply regret not looking him up on the Revdex.com website before doing business with him because once I did recently I learned that this is the way he does, or doesn't do business.

I footed the bill for our Peer Support Team's challenge coins and was planning on selling them at cost to our membership. At this point [redacted] has simply stolen my money. No product and no communication. Just theft!Desired Settlement: I really don't want to go to the trouble of designing a new coin through a new vendor. I either want my money, including 3% interest per month since the latest promised delivery date of 11-22-15, back immediately, or immediate delivery of 150 coins as was promised in [redacted]' 1-14-16 email.

The Denver Peer project will be completed by March 5-10 and we offered to provide the client an additional $125.00 worth of product.I will follow up with the Revdex.com office when we ship the product and provide the tracking number when we email the client.[redacted]Sunshine Sports[redacted]

Review: Numerous pins and coins have been ordered and paid for from this company and have not been delivered. Most were ordered in March of 2013 and the owner of the company, Mr. [redacted] has stopped responding to calls, emails and correspondance to request these items.Desired Settlement: I would like the ordered and paid for sets of pins delivered or refunded.

Are these guys even in business??? No delivery of products, no return of phone calls. They should not be allowed to represent the [redacted] or any other concern.

Review: [redacted] contacted Sunshine Sports and Marketing in February of 2013 to make some [redacted]. When the art work was completed it was agreed to there would be a $195 payment for the molds to be built and 3 sample [redacted] sent for approval. Sunshine Sports took the $195 and has yet to produce the sample [redacted]. There have been several phone calls and emails sent in an attempt to get the samples sent. The majority of the phone calls and emails go unanswered. The few emails and phone calls that have been returned are statements about how his "travel schedule has been hectic", after that there is a statement saying he will get things going but we never see anything so the whole process starts all over. We have purchased these type of [redacted] before and it has not taken any longer than 3 months to deliver the complete order including the sample [redacted].Desired Settlement: At this point we would just like to have our money back so we can find another company to do the job.

Review: I ordered 50 coins from Sunshine Sports back in Sept 2012. My check for $360 was cashed in Nov 2012. I received an invoice for my order at the end of Nov 2012. It is almost July 2013 and I have still not received my order. I have emailed and called Sunshine Sports twice a month since Nov. Since Nov, I have received the same response from the company, "the order is in the factory, I'll get back to you." I asked for a full refund and Sunshine Sports never got back to me. I have called to ask for a return and they have not returned my call. I have started to email twice a week and I get no response. I do not know what else to do or how else to handle this situation.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money and the order cancelled.
