Last month, I used Nomad Moving to pack up my PODThe professionalism of service I received from beginning to completion is to be highly commended My packing need was a bit complicated Furniture, boxes, and miscellany were located in separate houses and needed to be gathered, merged, organized, and stored in a POD located at one of the houses During the reservation phone call, the manager listened carefully, asking clarifying questions that assured me he fully understood what was required and would take care of it Communication, both verbal and emailed confirmations, was clear and efficient On the day of the move, I was impressed from the beginning The large commercial trailer that pulled up was very clean and thoughtfully parked not to inconvenience neighbors Andrew and Ash introduced themselves like gentlemen, their work clothes were clean and neat, and their positive, capable attitude was reassuring The efficiency and organizational abilities of Andrew and Ash floored me They worked together like a well-oiled machine, packing the heavy furniture and boxes into the POD with Tetras-like skill They carefully wrapped and protected all my furniture, including my mother's antique china hutch, buffet and mirror, making sure it was all well-secured Andrew and Ash then drove their trailer to meet me at the other address (about miles) to gather the other boxes and bins from that garage, returned to the POD, unloaded, and completed the packing, strategically placing everything to fit and not shift All done in only two hours! We recently contracted Nomad Moving Company to move two commercial refrigerators from Pinellas Park to Lakeland. First, Gordon was very accommodating when scheduling the move. (We had to move the units within a week.) Second, the movers, Allen and Larry, were very friendly and professional. They quickly loaded and unloaded the refrigerators, and placed the units in the exact location we had requested. The move could not have been easier. Of course, Gordon called me later to ensure that Nomad Moving Company had "exceeded our expectations," which it surely did.

Moves are tough, but this was a good experience
Moving is one of most stressful things you can doWe were doing a same day close and had to pack trucks the day before we movedThe buyers of our old home dragged their feet and we had to change our move to a MONDAY and late in the day! We had NO help to unload the trucksI called Gordon Monday AFTERNOON telling him the circumstances and asked if he could help unload 1st thing Tuesday morningHe told me he'd see what he can do1/hr later he called and told me he'd be able to help and be there at a.mTuesday morning at a.mGordon himself and a helper pulled up at my new home moving equipment in hand! They both got right to work helping us unloadOnce the truck was unloaded they helped put our couches back together too!
We couldn't be more thankful for the amazing service they provided!

Usually when you see a company has so many positive reviews, you wonder if it's true or just written by their friends With Nomad Moving, it's true They are the best We sold one house in the morning and bought another in the afternoon and Nomad moved us in between Andrew and Challen were great and were so careful with out things Plus they are really nice people Gordon came to our house and gave us a great price and it didn't change when they did the move, like with some companies Kelly is so nice when you call or email and answers all your questions My realtor used them and I was glad she recommended them to us

I hired two movers to unload a uhaul truckI agreed to Pay $/hour & a $service fee for them to show up which I payed in advanceAfter all moving is done I go to pay the hourly rateThat's when the lead guy brings out ppwk for the first time and then trys to say that I owe more than what we had agreed to on the phoneMake sure you see everything in writing cause they will try to cheat youThey also showed up min late and I had to pay for all of the last hour even though they only worked min of itIf they hadn't taken such a long break halfway through then it would have saved me that last $What a ripoff!!
We had Nomad move us from Foxwood to Champions Club Gordon gave us an estimate and it was within $when the move was completed Allen, Challin and Andrew did an excellent job, wrapped every piece of furniture I would highly recommend them Nice work guys!!!!
