Review: [redacted] called my house on Monday January 19, 2015 saying he had two cords of wood on his truck ready to be delivered. I asked him where he was from because my husband ordered wood already. He said he was going through a divorce and really needed the money he would beat our guys price. $160 a cord delivered. So we ordered two cords for $320. He said he would come right over but showed up late at night after 8pm when it was pitch dark out. He dumped the wood and my husband paid him cash and the next day when he looked at it, it was a pile of garbage. Literally. All rotten wood that crumbles in your hand and littered with beer cans. Well we gave him the benefit of the doubt and called him the next day saying maybe someone loaded the truck up by accident with bad wood and trash. He ([redacted]) said he would come look at it. Never showed. We called every day and he kept saying he would come and get it and swap it out with good wood. I am permanently disabled and a cancer patient at the University of Pennsylvania. The wood is blocking my garage and I need to go back to the hospital Monday and need my car. We tried talking to him, but he refuses to come and get it or return our money as of today January 24, 2015. Even though every day he said he was on his way to make this right.Desired Settlement: I do not want any wood that he has to offer. I want him to send a truck to my home to get the trash he deposited out of here and my $320 back so I can have my other wood guy deliver wood in the same spot. Not to mention being disabled I need my refund to pay the next guy. Plus I need to get my car out of the garage to go back to the hospital on Monday!
