I had windows replaced by this company when they were called *** windows on *** and I have I life time warranty on the screens which are getting brittle and need replacing.The owner of *** windows *** sent out a letter to all of his costumers in 2006 saying that he closed that window franchise that his doing business under the name of Sunshine window and door mfg, and he will honor warranty from *** even though he is no longer affiliated with them.
I called sunshine windows and left a message on the answering phone but no one has called back.After a week I called again and the line has been disconnected.there are a few phone numbers but aren’t working

Submitted needed copies of the contract and letter from *** to his previous costumers
I have sent 4 (allowable )copies of the contract and a letter received from mr *** regarding warranty on any work done prior changing the co's name in attachments under send clarification page.
In response to the complaint this complaint is not relevant to Sunshine Window & Door. 1) We found no business history between Mr. with our company (Sunshine Window & Door). 2) Sunshine did reach out once to old *** clients in 2009 for the purpose of *** product warranty assistance and services due to *** window corp was out of business. It was just a voluntary offer by Sunshine Window & Door. Please note Sunshine Window & Door and *** has no business or any other relationship. They are two separate entities.3) As a building trade company we (Sunshine Window & Door ) still in business to provide products & services to anyone in need.
