Plumber came and said he was unable to fix drainMy kitchen double sink was cloggedHe made a horrible mess in my kitchen and destroyed my linoleum
The plumber arrived and did not complete the jobHe said the drains were not able to be unclogged by him and to call someone elseHe did not clean up his mess and destroyed everything under the sink areaI had to rip out the linoleum under the sink and throw it away due to slime and gook all overI had to throw everything away under the sink as all of it was left covered with slime and gookMy rugs are covered as well and need to be cleanedHe left a bucket of nasty water under the sink and pipes leakingI am really disgusted at this messmy kitchen is horrible and I now have to clean it up and I just had eye surgeryI took pictures of the mess left
I'm a General Contractor during business in Broward County trying to get at first two windows made for a Valuable customer of mine 3/24/15. In the last ten days I have spoken to [redacted] in sales to order these windows. After speaking with her she told me she would get me the credit card papers by email to fill out. I did fill out the paper work but I did say that I wanted to pay cash at pick up time, but she still had all my credit card information to get started. A week later I was told that I needed to pay in advance before they would ever go into production. Now I'm mad for not getting back with me the same day or the day after to give me her good news. So now I have asked if we could cancel one of the windows due to it being a standard size I'll get it elsewhere but I still need the other window. A custom fixed glass size. Today 4/7/15 I get another email letting me know that she has spent the last 6 days looking if a piece of glass could of been at one of her other locations. I still don't know at this time if my window is in production or not. If not I'm canceling this order and good riddance Sunshine Windows
Paid sunshine windows in full to install new windows at my residence. the newly manufactured windows were never made available to us to review prior to day of installation. on the day of installation, the tech was three hours late, and the windows were a larger size than measured for the residence (too large). the management & the sales rep failed to call us, the homeowners, to reschedule or discuss the situation. the customer service is poor. the staff lies about, and refuses to give us the names of the managers. for reporting purposes. and the saga continues.........still awaiting the new windows!!
I bought windiws for my home in 2007. They came with a written non-prorated lifetime warranty. One of the windows now leaks. They say they do not have that warranty anymore. The warranty that they now have is for one year and does not cover leaks. Had a lot of trouble speaking with someone. They do not answer emails or return calls.. BEWARE.
