I'm a General Contractor during business in Broward County trying to get at first two windows made for a Valuable customer of mine 3/24/In the last ten days I have spoken to [redacted] in sales to order these windowsAfter speaking with her she told me she would get me the credit card papers by email to fill outI did fill out the paper work but I did say that I wanted to pay cash at pick up time, but she still had all my credit card information to get startedA week later I was told that I needed to pay in advance before they would ever go into productionNow I'm mad for not getting back with me the same day or the day after to give me her good newsSo now I have asked if we could cancel one of the windows due to it being a standard size I'll get it elsewhere but I still need the other windowA custom fixed glass sizeToday 4/7/I get another email letting me know that she has spent the last days looking if a piece of glass could of been at one of her other locationsI still don't know at this time if my window is in production or notIf not I'm canceling this order and good riddance Sunshine Windows
I bought windiws for my home in They came with a written non-prorated lifetime warranty One of the windows now leaks They say they do not have that warranty anymore The warranty that they now have is for one year and does not cover leaks Had a lot of trouble speaking with someone They do not answer emails or return calls BEWARE
Paid sunshine windows in full to install new windows at my residencethe newly manufactured windows were never made available to us to review prior to day of installationon the day of installation, the tech was three hours late, and the windows were a larger size than measured for the residence (too large)the management & the sales rep failed to call us, the homeowners, to reschedule or discuss the situationthe customer service is poorthe staff lies about, and refuses to give us the names of the managersfor reporting purposesand the saga continues.........still awaiting the new windows!!
