Review: I purchased cleaning service from this company (paid in advance) and called to make an appointment. The appointment was made for Saturday morning. The owner contacted me the night before to cancel claiming familiy illness. I rescheduled with her for another Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. At 8:45 I called to see if she was on the way...no response. At 9:00 I called again...no response. She was a no call, no show. Since I had pre-paid, I left her a message to call me so that we could resolve this issue. That was on March 7th. To this day (March 18th) she STILL has not called to apologize, or make the situation right. Completly unprofessional and unreliable. There is NEVER any justification for not making a phone call.Desired Settlement: I don't desire anything from her business. If people are so unprofessional that they would have you waiting for them to show up without so much as a phone call, I wouldn't want them in my home working anyway. All I want is for other people to be forewarned.

The first time I had to cancel was for a family emergency. The rescheduled appt I was running a tiny bit late and I started receiving harassing phone calls from the client. I work for myself/by myself. If I do not feel comfortable going to a clients home, I have every right to refuse them service.
