I CALLED HIM BACK TWICE AND HIS WIFE, HIS WIFE SAID CALL AFTER 9, THIS IS SOMETHING THAT I COULD NOT DO BECAUSE I'M IN BED BE 8PM? THIS WAS NOT A BID, THIS WORK HE NEEDED DONE IN THE FUTURE? HE PAID IN ADVANCE FOR WORK TO BE DONE? WE HAD ALL INTENTION ON DOING WORK WHEN THE TIME CAME? WE GAVE HIM HIS REFUND MINUS THE SALES TAX AND THAT IS HIS ISSUE.?

Regarding complaint ID# [redacted] regarding David Rojek refund for $Due to the refund [redacted] has asked forWe believe that we didn’t even need to send him one for anything in the first placeHe has been a customer for over years as we have closed his system each year since [redacted] backed out of our contract that HE signed with us to close it for this year due to my husband not getting back to him in a unrelated subject which had nothing to do with the closingHe chose to go with another companyTherefore he breached his contract with us and I didn’t even need to refund him any amount for the closingI sent him a refund anyway, but withheld $of it$of the initial charge was for sales taxes which I paid on already in March of Therefore I did not refund that part because I already paid them to the stateThe other $I kept for administrative feesI was kind and refunded him money in which I didn’t have to, due to him breaching our contractAlso, as for his “due the math” and when you make a return to the store the store refunds the tax amount, the sales tax has long been paid to the state and it has been over days in which a store doesn’t refund thereafterSo we feel that sending him a refund for $is sufficient enoughThank you for your time.Sincerely,Christine MN [redacted] Vice PresidentSunshower Services, Inc
