We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the backordered item the customer orderedWhen the customer called on the 15th to inquire about their order, the parts department did research and found out the item had been backorderedThe customer was called on the 16th to let them know that
the piece was backordered and that we could refund their payment or call them when the piece came inThe customer requested a refund and came into the store on June 17th and received the refundWhen the part finally arrived on June we called the customer to let them know that if they still wanted the part they could come and purchase itAs for the military discount, it is a new program that we just implemented on new equipment When the Parts Manager was questioned about the discount he verified with our Support Office that it did not include parts
