SunSplash Roseville needs a major attitude adjustment!!!! Recently, we purchased 3 season passes as a gift for our daughter and 2 children to enjoy over the summer of 2014. Our daughter lost her husband to cancer recently and this gift was a way to help them have some happy memories this summer. SunSplash personnel did not process the purchase correctly. When our daughter tried to redeem our gift - the children's ticket purchasse were accepted but our daughter's ticket was denied. It took me calling to get them to even consider researching the mistake. The Manager Susie called back and said the research revealed that there was a mistake on their part but they did not apologize. They just told our daughter to come back in and they would give her a season pass. They were rude throughout this ordeal and have NO customer service conscience. They may be the only water park in this area but they treat customers with disrespect and are intent on proving them wrong rather than saving a customer relationship. Poor, poor, poor! They missed the key element - an apology goes a long way!!!

Review: I was exited to get to visit Sunsplash for the first time this summer and I walked in in my bathing suit ready to ride rides I paid 120 for me and 4 of my friends for my birthday and walked through security and purse check in my bikini. After being there for all of 30 minutes I get told I need to put on shorts because my bikini is "inappropriate" although it was just a regular bikini from Walmart not a thong or anything I just have a bigger set bottom. I didn't have shorts to put on so I ended up having to leave along with all my friends so I tryed getting a refund since I had only went in one ride and they said sorry no refunds and had security escort me out after calling me skimpy. I felt very discriminated against for having a nicer body than most and ended up leaving crying after the security kept telling me how inappropriate I look wearing a bikini..Desired Settlement: I would really like my 120$ back since I only road one ride and I would either like the security fired or an apology from him for making me feel so uncomfortable.

Review: After my son's birthday party I forgot the cake which was being held in the refrigerator by the manager of the kitchen. I called the same day and they said they would put a sign on it letting staff know not top throw it away. I just picked it up and it had been eaten! Staff at sunsplash has taken it upon themselves to cut into the picture portion of my son, which we were young to save, and eat it. When I picked up the cake, I was not even told anything. Did they not think I was going to notice?Desired Settlement: I would like recordings reviewed and to be notified.I would also like a refund for the cake. I had to purchase the picture seperate from the cake and this is upsetting!

Review: I was so unsatisfied with the service or non-service I received during my childs birthday party at Sunsplash on Sunday, May 31, 2015. First of all I had a large party group of 43 people in which I checked us in at around 11:15 a.m. and paying for the party in full ($1026.50). Now when I pay that much to have a birthday party I expect good customer service no matter what. Our scheduled food & cake time was for 2:05 p.m. that day and everyone was to go to the provided area at that time, well when I arrived at the provided area around 2:10 p.m. nothing was set up on the tables they were completely empty so I asked the hostess that was standing there what was going on with our food order for the party that was scheduled for 2:05 p.m. She goes to check the status to only return and inform me that a miscommunication took place when we checked-in so they failed to complete the process of requesting the food order. By then everyone had been there for 3-hours swimming & hungry. Their solution was they would start the 9 pizzas then and throw in an extra pizza, first of all that would take too long everyone was already starving so we cancelled the order all the way around. I instead went to the snack bar myself and purchased food for our party in which some of our guest felt sick afterward. I ordered onion rings & paid only to be told after standing there for 10-minutes that they were out of onion rings. The whole experience was very disappointing to say the least and there is a serious lack of communication & accurate acceptable customer services that takes place here. The only important thing to them seemed to be taking my money only. I pre-purchased a 5-person cabana because online the larger ones were booked up but when we arrived I noticed at least 2 of the larger cabanas were never used that day. I had 11 people who did not intend to swim at all but I had the pay the same price for them to sit there so I think there needs to be other price options available to accommodate needs.Desired Settlement: You may have a large business now but that can disappear quickly when you no longer have productive & effective customer service.I want a refund of my money for not providing adequate promised service.I will never have a party at Sunsplash ever again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know.I have had several parties over the years and spent a lot of money at golfland, race car,arcade & lazer tag portion which was much more accommodating but the sunsplash portion is awful for scheduled birthday.
