Just to let everyone knowI have a letter where Mrs [redacted] fired us We did not hire [redacted] to do any workHe was suppose to give a bid and he never didMrs [redacted] hired him I have the voice mail and a letter This is the daughter and she was not present I pulled our license when we were fired

Mr. [redacted] is the one that knew [redacted]. He took me over to [redacted] house one night. I had never met him before. I did not hire [redacted] to do any work it was Mrs. [redacted].  [redacted] I met twice.  She was not present at the meetings.  It was Mr. [redacted], James Watson and myself the first time.  The daughter was not present with the meetings.  As was stated I have a letter that says Mrs. [redacted] hired [redacted], I also have a voice mail stating that Mrs. [redacted] hired [redacted]. I don't have anything else to say except I did not have any dealings with [redacted].

Mrs. [redacted] has not been present for any interactions regarding the contract. I am the daughter and I live with my parents along with my daughter so I have been there since the time they started building on the home. I met Mr. [redacted] when he first came for the consultation as well as when the contract was signed and the blueprints exchanged. Mrs. [redacted] has no grounds for responding since she was never present for any of the interactions. As stated in my previous response after multiple attempts to call Mr. [redacted] and he did not answer or return the calls nor did his wife, a letter was sent of termination and for the balance of our money. Here it is the next year and Mr. [redacted] still has over $10,000 for a job that he is not completing. Mr. [redacted] did hire [redacted]. We knew nothing of the contractor [redacted] until Mr. [redacted] introduced him to us as the contractor hired to lay the cement. Mr. [redacted] went and removed himself as the official contractor and is still holding on to the money that does not belong to him.

This is a rebuttal to SunStar Remodeling & Repairs LLC regarding their statement. Mr. [redacted] has not done everything requested by the contract or asked by the parties. As of December 3, 2015, Mr. [redacted] went to the City of Desoto City Hall and removed himself as the contractor on the home. The new contractor on the home is [redacted], the sub-contractor Mr. [redacted] hired to pour the concrete. Mr. [redacted] was paid a lump some of the money upfront to hire the subcontractors and pay them at time of service. I have supporting documents of the payment made to Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] was given until January 2016 to complete the job but it was providing that the concrete foundation was poured as in the contract. I instructed Mr. [redacted] once the concrete had been poured, November 13th, to pay [redacted], Mr. [redacted] then began to ignore all communications. I also have a copy of the amended contract in October that stated Mr. [redacted] had not began the project in nine months and he was given ninety days from that date to complete the project, so we have tried to have good faith with Mr. [redacted]. By November 16, 2015, Mr. [redacted] still had not paid the contractors for pouring the concrete nor had he returned anyone's calls. Mr. [redacted] was given 72 hours to return the balance of the money that was given because it had already been discussed that Mr. [redacted] had used some of the money already. We then received a letter in response to the demand after the 72 hours saying there was a breach of contract. The remainder of the money has been requested repeatedly and nowhere in the contract states Mr. [redacted] is able to retain all funds without completing the job. Even with him removing himself as the contractor now with the city, he still has not returned the remainder of the money.

[redacted] is a bold face lie and taken money that does not belong to him and has not returned it. James Watson was only at two meetings. [redacted] has met me more than twice I saw him every time he came to my parents house. [redacted] even had one of his realtor friends looking for houses and duplexes for me, so [redacted] is a lie to say that we haven't spoke or had dealings. My father, [redacted], stated that [redacted] asked him to take him to [redacted]'s home after [redacted] said that he lost his workers and needed help. He was taken to [redacted] to discuss future help where [redacted] hired [redacted] after the meeting. My mother is handicap in a wheelchair and this project was to expand the home for her to move around better. We have pictures and supporting documents on how [redacted] left our home after he built the trench where it rained in our home and all the amended contracts and documents sent to SunStar. The bottom line is [redacted] was paid a portion upfront. He has not done the job he was hired and paid to do at that time. [redacted] is still holding on to over $10,000 that does not belong to him or his company, period.
Regards,
[redacted]

Just to let everyone know. I have a letter where Mrs. [redacted] fired us.  We did not hire [redacted] to do any work. He was suppose to give a bid and he never did. Mrs. [redacted] hired him.  I have the voice mail and a letter.  This is the daughter and she was not present.  I pulled our license when we were fired.

This is into response to Ms. [redacted] complaintWe were contracted to do a job for Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] to be completed by January 23, 2016. There were delays with the Architect that the [redacted]s hired. We made numerous trips to their house to try and resolve the problem.  The original Architect was not...

used by Mr. [redacted]. He found another Architect to do the plans. The plans where changed and Mr. [redacted] was informed that it would be more money. His response was that he did not want to pay more.  So Mr. [redacted] went to a builder that he knows to change the blue prints back to the original.  The next thing we know they had the builder working on the project.  We were working in good faith to complete this job.  [redacted] did everything that was requested of him.

This is now being handled by our attorney.
