Review: I called to order 2 oversized forklifts. they intentionally undervalue their lifts what they call a 6000 pound is acctually a 10000 pound lift so they sent me these expensive reach lifts. then they were supposed to deliver them a 1 pm at 2 I called them and they said they forgot..By the time they delivered them around 5 pm on friday I wasnt around to sign for them I would have rejected the delivery.so they billed me for 1700 dollars for these expensive lifts. so I called them and they said they would only charge me about 1000. this same type of lift that I wanted I rented at [redacted] equipment for around 200. I told them I have know problem paying for their normal charge on the lifts I wanted. but they sent me a bill for the expensive lift and they took some off the price and charged me 1000. so then I called them back and they said that the lifts I wanted are 1000 dollars and then they sent me the origanl bill again itemized for the expensive lifts.Desired Settlement: I have no problem paying 400 to 500 dollars for the price of what the forklifts should have cost but now their trying to say their the same price as my old bill of 1000

Regarding the delay in our service in delivering the forklifts to Mr. [redacted], we have apologized to him as we dropped the ball. This is not our desired quality of service, a mistake was made and we delivered the forklifts 4 hours late.

Mr. [redacted] is correct that we did not have the size forklifts he desired available for rent. As such, we provided larger, reach forklifts which the branch felt could fulfill the needs for this project. Mr. [redacted] is also correct that our initial billing was incorrect, charging the rental rate of these larger forklifts. This was corrected, reducing the invoice to the amount that would have been charged to Mr. [redacted] had we had the size forklifts he desired, which was two 21' 6000lbs forks. The charge for the 6000 lbs forks would have been $1000, this is the amount billed to Mr. [redacted].

We apologize for the delay in service and the initial incorrect invoice of $1,700. However, the final amount billed, $1,000, is the correct billing for the size forklifts which Mr. [redacted] ordered. It should also be noted that the machines which we did provide were more than capable of fulfilling the needs for Mr. [redacted]'s project.
