I don't care if it's a preliminary noticeThe company did not let us know about their contract with the subcontractor or that the letter would comeIn the complaint I asked the company would call myself and they still have notI also am NOT happy with how rude they were to my wife when all she wanted was an explanationIf it is standard operating procedure to get letters from a company stating that there may be a possible lean on your home that is not good practiceWhen we initially called to ask them about this problem they were very rudeThe gentlemen my wife spoke to told her he refused to call me because he had a family vacation and so instead of putting their customers mind at ease he just never contacted me and did not return my call but only sent me one text and never answered any questionsThis could of simply have been avoided have they just contacted me and explained it to me and put my mind at ease to let me know that a lean would not be placed on my houseVery poot communication
