representative in StVincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean. The meeting held at the *** *** home in StVincent as mentioned in the complaint was not a sale meeting, rather *** *** and her spouse meet *** *** in transit while in Barbados airport and engaged in serval conversations After learning *** was in the renewable energy sector, they informed him about their newly installed solar system at their home in St.Vincent and requested *** *** to visit their home when he arrives in StVincent to assist the efficiency of their newly installed solar systemThat was the nature of the meetingMsT***, StVincent local representative accompanied *** ***Mr &*** *** was given a comparison between their current installed system and SunSurfs systemAt the conclusion of the visit the ***`s expresses the desire to change out their current installed systemHowever, doing so will be very costlyThey were informed the system was a new design and new to the Islands and delivery will be longer than usual and further they were informed that all sales activities for the local market must go through SunSurfs local representative. *** role is exclusively technicalOur representatives leaves the home of the *** `s without any sales agreement but a desire to acquire SunSurfs system at special price was expressedAfter returning to the USA, *** *** was contacted to help secure a price equal to 50% discount as requested by the ***`s. Conditional approval was grand after several days with *** *** advocating on the ***`s behalf mainly that that the ***`s can be used in a unique marketing campaign because they choose to change from a newly installed solar system to SunSurfs brand, it was believe said customer can be of great valueException for payment method was also made due to the fact CC payment approval require CC mailing address and delivery be the same, however the solar system solar will be delivered in another country. Later an additional $rebate after installation was extended and accepted by the ***`s now our customerAfter delivery date came Customer contacted *** *** for updates and when next he will be coming to StVincentNote all conversations were noted on file but the few details on file indicated that *** *** informed the customer of some setback that would delay delivery and other customers were affected as wellHe also assures said customer that we will compensate for any electricity expenses incur (note records on similar complain #*** both Customers in the same Country)However, Customer declined because the bills are very smallSunSurfs has solar equipment in port of StVincent pending customs clearance during said period and notified the Customer he has to be on ground during the delivery of said solar equipment currently at the port, however due to other events affecting said cargo clearance along with other Customer technical request, *** *** had not been able maintain his schedule. Therefore the customer as express in complain believes SunSurfs will not deliver goods as promised. SunSurfs local representative was informed about the customer position and therefore made several attempts to contact the Customer to resolve the matter but customer hasn`t return any of the callsSunSurfs values its customers and make every attempt to resolved all issues and we are confident this one will be resolved mutually Regards, Keith L*** Customer Relations Manager *** *** *** *** *

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becaue:

[The conversation mentioned about point of contacted is correct but everything else is not accurate. Mr S[redacted] told us  about the system when we met him in Barabados airport. He stating   he going on  to SVG to promote the system to other customers; we did express interested in having more information about what he had for sales. He told us how he convinced  his company to do business in the Caribbean and he brought Ms. T[redacted] to our home , and introduced her to us  as his driver. Sometime later we get to understand she was the locale contact.   However. he stated by we decided to invest in the solar turbine generator it will him convince his boss. Therefore have made arrangement  to invest in this system with the understanding (which my invoice will reflex) We will deposit 50% ($5000.00) after installation  the balance of $5000.00 will be paid in full. He told us to make the payment through PayPal however I could remember our paypal password. So out of good faith I send my [redacted] Card information thru Mr. Ivan S[redacted]. On June [redacted] 2015 my cc was charged $5000.00 by SunSurfs Solar USA and on the [redacted] June 2015 a charge of $5000.00 was charged again by Sunsurfs. I called SunSurfs Solar USA 800 number only to get a answering machine which I left several messages without any reply then I proceed to called Ivan S[redacted] only to find out that he charged my cc without any prior authorization from us stating he charged card because his company was offering a rebate and he wanted us to take advantage of the offer. On December [redacted] 2015 I made to call again to SunSurfs Solar USA without any live person on the other end again We contacted S[redacted] only to be told he was in Grenada and he will be in the ST. Vincent & the Grenadines (SVG) over the weekend. On the January **, 2016 I got a text from Ivan S[redacted] stating he came in last night which means he was in SVG and he will see us in a day or two. After waiting for more that two weeks and no call, no show , we called Ms. T[redacted], only to be told that [redacted] was in Jamaica.  We  no longer wish to do any further with SunSurfs Solar. USA business we just want our Money refund to us.

Review: In Sept' 2014 me & my aunt purchased two solar systems from Sun surfs Solar. Ms. T[redacted] the saleswoman said everything was in stock ready to be shipped she said "it will be installed up & running by year end"

Sun surfs agreed to start paying for our electricity, I think around Jan', but now they're two months behind on my bill.

My aunt introduced me to Ms. T[redacted] & she's been doing most of the communicating with her, & MS.T[redacted] communicates with the business up in the states. But if you ask me all we're getting is excuses Between us they've had over $ 40'000 for over a year, I would be grateful for some assistance.

Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my solar system up & running, if not then let them give me a refund
