Ordered a pair of prescription Tiffany glasses 2/**. 2-6 day delivery. Was charged on my credit card immediately. On Sunsvision.com website showed order processing. I sent several emails (8 total) and called numerous times and left messages. Charge fell off my credit card. Then 3/* I was charged again! So I thought my order may have shipped. WRONG!! No answer to calls, messages or emails. No glasses, order still processing! What a joke!! Scam site? Horrible customer service, cause there is none. I filed dispute with my credit card. Bottom line DO NOT order for this company
I've used multiple places to get my prescription glasses. Sunsvision so far was the best one. Great lens quality and super fast delivery. Tanya form customer service is very knowledgeable, did not need to do any extra work with research, she advised me on all available options. Will definitely shop with them again.
