to repair solar systems. In this case in particular, we were dispatched by our client, [redacted], to investigate a potential leak at this property possibly caused by the installation of the solar system. We did not install this system, all we were asked to do is initially investigate the leak to determine if it was in fact solar related, quote the repair work and then handle accordingly. Between the investigation of leak, the reporting, the quoting, working with sub contractors for work that is out of our scope, the timeline this has been in our hands is reasonable. [redacted] has a dedicated homeowner support team to deal with communication with the homeowner, where we communicate directly with [redacted]. This issue is [redacted]'s/original installer, we are only hired to fix already present issues and have been working towards doing exactly that. The homeowner is saying that we've had this requests for 6 months when it has only been 2 months. Below is a timeline for what we have done on our end and attached is our initial report. With all this said, a subcontractor of ours is set to go out to the house on 4/28. We have done nothing negligent, there seems to be some confusion on the homeowner's end as to who is actually responsible for their leaking roof.2/17/17 Roof leak reported to [redacted] 2/17/17 Dispatched to SST 2/24/17 Investigation discovered solar related leak2/27/17 Technician Submitted Findings 3/2/17 Moved to tech support for review (protocol for all Roof Leak Investigations)3/6/17 Findings Reviewed/Approved3/7/17 Findings provided to [redacted]3/23/17 [redacted] requested quote for corrective work (re-paper and re-shingle area near weatherhead03/24/17 emailed team for coordination 3/31/17 estimate from Sub requested3/31/17 Updated [redacted] 4/5/17 received quote from Sub4/5/17 Emailed to add quote to SST Template4/5/17 Received estimate from [redacted]4/13/17 quote submitted to [redacted] 4/14/17 [redacted] approved quote4/19/17 All Weather Roofing (sub) contacted for repairs4/25/17 Schedule received from AWR; appt for 4/28/174/25/17 AWR will contact h/o to notify them of the appt.  H/o will not need to be home.4/25/17 Updated HOST at [redacted] If there is anything else needed from us to resolve the issue, please let me know. Regards, [redacted]Chief Operating Officer
