Suntan City uses less than desirable business practices when collecting fees and refunding when they make a mistake. Cancelled membership on the 11th of the month for the following month and future. Suntan City still charged credit card on the 2nd of following month. When contacted, [redacted] at the Hermitage location stated that all refunds come from corporate and take 7 to 10 days. Suntan City didn't hesitate to charge card after membership cancellation but still held funds more than a week after
informed of their mistake.
Suntan City will not accept cash and requires a credit card to use their facility. They also don't explain all of their practices prior to signing agreement, such as tanning minutes and use of the different beds without incurring more charges.
Best you use a different business for your tanning needs.

The lady has an attorney and her family is suing Sun Tan City. I hope she gets millions. That could have been you family member.
