Review: I bought this infrared heater which makes a lot of noise and blows COLD air instead of hot. The manufacturer said that the item was warranteed for a year. I have bought the heater for less than a year. But I have had NO response from the [redacted] yet!! I like a replacement that works or my money back.Desired Settlement: replacement or my money back.
