Suntile Remodeling

In March 2018 we hired Arik Aderi (aka Arik Ederi) of Suntile Remodeling to renovate our master bath and install a new shower door in our guest bathroom. He required the money upfront to order the shower doors for both rooms. The rest of the work proceeded.
Mr Aderi was aware that we would be leaving to return to our home in the north by April 19th, 2018 and had assured us he would finish the work before we left. Then he told us he had not been able to order the shower doors in time to have them installed before we left as the check we gave him had not cleared in time. I had written the check on March 27th, and the funds came out of my account on March 28th. ( Under normal banking rules the funds should have been available to him no later than April 1. )
He said the doors were not yet available and he would store them for us until we returned. We should contact him 1 week before our arrival back in Florida and he would install the doors and finish some wall repair that was left plus a few other minor repairs.
We notified him a month before our arrival and he restated to call him 1 week before, which we did.
Twice he gave us dates he would come to finish the work and both times he did not come and did not call us to explain why. Since then we have texted and called numerous times but he has just stopped responding altogether.
He has not finished the work and has our money for the doors.
