Suntree Eye Serum 7/31/Waukegan Rd #Bannockburn IL RE: [redacted] Thank you for contacting us and providing us the opportunity to settle any misunderstandingsHopefully this information can alleviate some of the confusion that is leading to this complaintWe appreciate the Revdex.com's assistance in resolving these issuesTypically the complaints we receive concern our billing proceduresThe confusion surrounding these procedures is typically due to the customer failing to read the terms and conditions of the trial offer presented when orderingThese terms and conditions are readily available to read by clicking on a link to themIn addition, the customer is required to check a box that they have read and understood these terms and conditions as a prerequisite to their order being processedWe provide a link to our Terms and Conditions at the bottom of every page of our website for convenienceWe give Customers days to try a full 30-day supply of our product for just the cost of shipping and handlingAfter the trial period ends, if the customer has not contacted us to either cancel or return the product, they are billed for the original supply at its retail priceThis is a type of ‘Try Before You Buy’ program we offerAs well, if the customer has ordered the product directly through our call center, our agents have been trained to read the Terms and Conditions of the sale, obtain verbal agreement, and only thereafter process their orderAfter these steps, the call is verified twice by management to ensure complianceIt is our sincere desire that these common sense business practices and the Revdex.com's continued advisement regarding these type of complaints will help alleviate any future complaints or issues that may ariseOn 7/26/17, days after the end of her trial, MsDarlene [redacted] contacted us regarding her purchases and the billing that had occurred to her accountWe canceled her subscription at that time and offered her a 50% refund in exchange for not having to return the products to usThis appeared to be a satisfactory resolution to Ms [redacted] at the timeHowever, to ensure that customer's like Ms [redacted] are fully satisfied, we have issued her a refund for the reaming 50%, bring her refund to 100%As well, Ms [redacted] is welcome to keep the products as our way of apologizing for the troubles she encounteredThere is no need to return the products to usWe hope this fully satisfies Ms [redacted] If we can be of anymore assistance, please do not hesitate to contact usSincerely, Derma [redacted]

Typically the complaints we receive concern our billing procedures. The confusion surrounding these procedures is typically due to the customer failing to read the terms and conditions of the trial offer presented when ordering. We give Customers 14 days to try a full 30-day supply of our product for just the cost of shipping and handling. This appeared to be a satisfactory resolution to Ms. [redacted] at the time. However, to ensure that customer's like Ms. [redacted] are fully satisfied, we have issued her a refund for the reaming 50%, bring her refund to 100%.
