The company has not done anything for me. There were three dealerships with the "true price" on this truck and they were the lowest. They did not have the truck in stock. They told me to go home and order the truck and bring them the order details. The truck was coming from
the manufacturer. They told me it would be eight weeks for delivery. I ordered n 12-14-and did not receive until 04-04-16. I am in the lawn care business and was using this truck for my business. I lost about $in business as I could not service my customers. I told them this and that my business picks up in March, they assured me I would have the truck in eight weeks. They offered a free spray to bedliner for a $value. I asked to have this done to my truck. They said it only applies to 150's. The ad said All trucksI called ** *** who said they are offering this on all trucks. They were also offering an extended warranty which I asked for and again was told this does not apply to the truck I purchased. They never return my phone calls. The salesperson who sold me the truck was not even there when the truck was delivered to me. I would like some sort of credit, such as oil change, tires or free spray to bedliner

We did special order the truck and told the consumer delivery would be to weeks. It arrived in weeks, the alloted time. During the time of delivery he received a mailer that was an offer only on F150's, not super duty's. We did offer him a bedliner from the manufacturer and he declined. We then offered him a yr maintenance package and he declined this also. We have done everything we can do for this consumer

***,
I am very sorry you are having problems with your Ford EdgeWhen you purchased the vehicle you were indeed told that the remainder of the factory powertrain warranty would be applicableFord's year or 60k powertrain
warranty from the original in service date, covers the main components of the vehicleFor example, that warranty would cover the engine, transmission etc...Our dealer warranty is coverage for days or 3k with a dollar dedictible for peace of mindUnfortunately, a power moonroof would not be covered in this instanceWere you offered the option to purchase an extended service contract, that would have given you bumper to bumper coverage? I would be more than happy to offer the repairs at dealer cost, meaning we would not mark up the parts and labor if that would help you out
Regards,

The consumer purchased the vehicle as is, with no warranty. We have his signature on a document indicating he was aware he was purchasing the vehicle with no warranty.
He did call us about the issue and we did attempt to fix for no...

charge.
He was still unhappy with our attempt.
Again it was purchased with no warranty.

As far as a resolution from Suntrup, I don't really expect much from them. We have gone back and forth about this vehicle, returned for repairs a few times, and no resolution. I guess at the very least I want them to know they have been reported to the Revdex.com. That we paid them $7,000 for a car that...

doesn't even start all of the time, makes me furious.

We have left messages and had not received a response. When we received the Revdex.com complaint I called and the customer said they were not satisfied with the vehicle purchased September 2015 and it was traded in 6 months later for another car.

Every pre-owned vehicle we take in is...

check ed by our certified mechanics At the time of purchase each vehicle comes with a 3 month or 3000 mile warranty. Car was not misrepresented. At the dealership level we cannot control what the vehicles oil intake is. Upon mechanics reveiw, it was noted there is no abnormal oil consumption.

I would like them to repair.
