No star's for this dealership, I had to put a star, but a big, huge ZEROThey did have good customer service while there, but afterwards nothing but lie's on lie'sThey gave me the run around over and over againThen when I referred a family member and was suppose to get a $referral never didI emailed and called for two weeks just to get a call back saying "It's too late", " I'm sorry I forgot to put you down for the referral." It's not fair to just provide good customer service while in the dealershipGood customer service is seeing it all the way through, making sure customer is satisfied after the contractI even tried to get a hold of the manager, but never didI am certainly thinking about returning the car and never ever go back there everI would love to talk to the owner of Suntrup Hyundai South on Lindbergh
