The customer brought vehicle in and we performed the 75,mile service. We replaced spark plugs as part of that recommended service on March 15, mileage was 82, 270.Mr*** then called accusing us of not replacing the plugs. I suggested he bring the vehicle back and Mr
*** said that wasn't going to happen.Mr*** then took to another repair facility, Car-X on June 29, mileages was and they suggested replacing the ignition coils and plugs. We did replace the plugs but not the ignition coils. And if Mr*** chooses to bring the vehicle in and we will pull a spark plug to show him we did in fact replace unless they were done somewhere else.
