Rizzetta & Company located in Wesley Chapel is the worse HOA company that I know of. I live in Ashburn Square in Tampa FL. If anyone is thinking of living in this community, Please don't. I have my resident sticker on my car and I park in the same resident spot almost everyday. Only to find that without any notice they change the spot to being Guest spot without any notice and the towing company towed my car. I am now thinking they must be getting part of the towing fees? Why would you remove more and more resident spots. Without any resident you have no guests. ANYONE THINKING OF MOVING INTO THIS NEIGHBORHOOD BE WARNED. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AND NEITHER SHOULD [redacted] THE TOWING COMPANY. They are working together to scam folks out of their hard earned money to spend on ever increasing towing fees and continuously push the bar on the LAW. Resident should be notified and this should not happen overnight. HIGHLAND Homes is now expanding the neighborhood but if this will continue, you will soon have this problem. No parking if you need to have a party. My son's tutor was parked outside my house, she had her handicap sticker and her walker in the car and [redacted] still towed her car. I had to pay to get back her car for her. She had to be walking around with her stick until I got back her car. Who tows a car with a walker in it and handicap sticker. I am convince this HOA is in a scam with this Towing company.
