My experience with this company has been absolutely horrible I would recommend that you avoid them at all costs
Here's a synopsis of my experience with them
We live in a brand new house Sunview installed the original window incorrectly, so the gas seal broke They also forgot to drill the holes for the drains, so the window leaked, damaging our trim and drywall
They gave our builder the runaround for months, not taking responsibility for the issue and refused to refund his money so that he could seek out another companyOnly after our builder got second opinions from other window companies and *** to report them to the Revdex.com did they agree to replace the window
(But they refused to cover the damages caused by the leak, our builder had to absorb that cost himself)
months later, when they came back to replace windowIt was cut incorrectly so it didn't fit A month later, they came back again...and again, it didn't fit
Today, after another two weeks (which they considered a "rush order" because of all the *** we've had to do deal with), they've come back with another window that doesn't fit Their installers tried to force this one in, even though it clearly didn't fit, and it shattered
Each time they've come, they've taken a template of the properly installed but faulty window so that it could be cut correctly, and despite this, they've repeatedly returned with windows that are cut incorrectly
Our builder is now absorbing the cost of this very large and expensive window and going with another company
So not only does Sunview Windows have a poor product, they have ineffective installers and management that refuses to stand behind their product and service
Save yourself both time and money by go with a different company
