Technically, we were potential clients. While waiting for a couple of hours for their rep to show up (supposed to be there around 5:30pm) to give us an estimate for landscaping work, we left him a message that maybe we had the wrong time, please call. Did not receive a call he wasn't coming until a 7:30pm email that said "wanted to let you know that I need to withdraw my bid and will not be able to make the 5:00pm appointment. I was just awarded a big installation project this afternoon and will not be able to take up any work in the near future." This is very, very unprofessional and a complete waste of our time. Doesn't make sense when they have an A+ rating.

As a new home owner looking for my front and back yard landscaped. I contacted 6 companies for bids. Out of the 6, 2 of them never got back with a bid, 3 just gave me a lump some bid with no cost breakdowns or warranty in writing. Sun West Landscapes was very professional, gave me complete breakdown on cost and warranty. They started and ended project as promised.

I highly recommend Sun West Landscapes and thank them for an excellent job.

After contacting 3 other landscaping companies for bids I contacted SunWest Landscapes to receive a bid on my front and backyard landscaping. SunWest was not the least expensive but by far had the best value and was the only company that gave me a complete breakdown of cost and what my warranty's are. No other Landscape Co. did this, they just gave me a lump some of cost. I would by far recommend SunWest Landscaping to all.

They did good job on the yard but customer service following was not so great. Borderline harrasment because I in regards to payment. I let them know that I would be paying online by end of the week (today) and did so however was bombarded by emails and someone evening coming multiple times to my house and over ringing my door bell which caused chaos for my dogs. They really need to look into the after yard care follow up.
