Debtor's complaint is totally unfounded and untrue
Payments were not made on the due dates shown on her "Contract"Debtor purchased the vehicle in question on May 4,
with payments of $to be made on the 4th of each month thereafter until paid in full
The first payment due on June was not made until June 12; then for the July payment, Debtor paid $on July 12; the balance of the July payment was not made until August 1, For the August payment Debtor again made a partial payment on September and the balance of that payment was not made until November 13, when she also paid the September payment and part of the October 4, paymentOn December 12,Debtor paid the balance of the October payment and part of the November paymentNo further payment was received until January 29, when payments thru December 4, were madeThis pattern of partial and/or late payments continued
Debtor fails to mention that on or about August 10, because of lack of response and failure to pay Sunwest felt to protect its financial interest that repossession was warranted and the vehicle was repossessedOn or about August 20, Debtor made payment sufficient to warrant Sunwest's returning the vehicle to Debtor based on 'good faith' promises to make timely paymentsAgain no further payment was received until October 1, thus continuing the previous pattern of late and/or partial payment
Sunwest Motors Inc believes that based on the above payment pattern that reports to the Credit Bureau were properly made; therefore this complaint should be denied and dismissed

The dates are incorrectI have all my receiptsI was told when I first bought the car my car payment could be do on the 24th of every month but they could not change the paperworkI saw them write it on the paperwork so I know they have itI did start out bad but a lot of my payment are made within the day windowThey report days past due on just about every paymentThen they always said it was a balance past dueThe balance they would report would be the balance owed on the carI have were Transuion made them correct thisThey were reporting a past due balance of $and I didn't even owe $on the car

Payments are due on the same day of the month following date of purchase on the same day each monthDebtor incurred the debt on May 4, 2012; therefore first payment was due on June 4, and very month thereafter until paid in full
Debtors allegation that payments were not due until the 24th of the month are untrue
Dates on receipts indicate the date on which the payment is made and the amount of the payment, not the date on which the payment became dueDebtor repeatedly made irregular
payment amounts resulting in past-due amounts
Note: Business reports to Credit Bureau on the last business day of each monthDebtor's repeated complaints were answered as promptly as feasible
Final payment was due to be paid on January 4, 2015; final payment was not remitted until May 11,
Business would have no reason to purposely make erroneous reports; a primary purpose of Business is to provide financing to individuals who have credit challenges and to assist those individuals in re-establishing better credit ratings
Allegations that incorrect reports were purposely made is denied
Business believes that payment history has been reported accurately
