I am rejecting this response because:I have absolutely no evidence that he was ever there. I was not notified that he was coming or that the work was completed. Since I am 2 days away from leaving the country for 2 months, I will not be able, to go up on the roof and check. The tenant has to be given 24 hours notice. He did not say anything about this guy showing up. I need some proof by means of photos or better yet, water not standing on that roof for over a week. This is why I am not satisfied by his reply.
