charged on the account and the first night hedid pay in full for the stay which was 296.70 for 2 nights. The following day he did checkout a day early and we refunded 148.35 in cash. Iam not sure where the 416.00 theguest is trying to dispute because we have no record that the card was ever chargedand all transaction was done in cash. Ido apologize for my employee [redacted] for beingrude and Ihave already taken care of that issue she is no longer employed at this hotel.As for as the bug problems we do have the DM Pest Control come out every two weeksto spray the rooms.
