I am rejecting this response because:This is all lies and Super 8 knows they are wrong in what they did.And to kick a 14 year in the back. There are bruises and there are pictures.Also, shaking a 15 year old and yelling at him.

The house keepers could smell marijuana coming from the guest room. Police were called and with their help they knocked on the guest room door. After several moments, the children opened the door and the police entered the room looking for the adults. After seeing that there was no adults in the room everybody left the room. The police could see in the children's eyes that they were suffering from second hand marijuana smoke. The children then called their parents and the parents soon returned to the hotel. As soon as the parents walked in they started yelling at the clerk. Upset that we entered their room without permission. The police had the children's permission. And they were upset of being accused of smoking marijuana in the room. They claimed it was sage however, the police confirmed it was marijuana. The guest became so verbally abusive and using such foul language that the police were called again to the hotel and they were asked to leave the hotel with the help of the police. The clerk never spoke to the children. The police did. That was only to find out where the parents were and when they would return. No body searched the belongings. Not even the police. The guest was refunded for their second night stay after they were asked to leave the hotel. The guest signed the registration page agreeing to a $250.00 additional cost of room rent if they decided to smoke in the room which they did do and so they were charged $250.00 additional room rent. The hotel has legal right to enter any room where illegal activity is taking place. With or without permission. We also have legal right to evict any person who is being abusive towards an employee. For the employees protection the police were called. The guest may still be charged with possession of an legal substance and disturbing the peace. The guest was charged one night rent of $103.00 and additional room rent of $250.00. That they agreed to.
