Review: I made a reservation online and had to cancel. It stated on there website that you can cancel anytime up to 24 hrs upon your check in date. My reservation was for March 13th-16th and on March 10th I called to cancel. I went through 6-7 different people who one person hung up on me and 2 people transferred me only for the line to disconnect and 2 times they told.me it was through Expedia which I contacted and they said it's not through them and to insist that Super 8 handle it which when I tried to tell someone at Super 8 they hung up on me.This is very frustrating and I feel that they false advertised. I would.never have made the reservation without having the option to cancel for the reason I was going is if my son's basketball team made it to state, so I was specifically looking of a reservation I could easily cancel. I don't think that it.is fair to keep my money when I have given them plenty of.time to fill that room and I don't have a lot of money to just throw away almost $300. But most importantly they should.not false advertise making the consumer believe they can cancel.with no problems and not honor that. This business was very rude and unhelpful when trying to handle this.I would appreciate any help with this matter!Thank you,Cami RogersDesired Settlement: I would just like to have my money back
