I am rejecting this response because:  Revdex.com,When the charge initially showed up on my card I called the hotel.  Robin told me the manager was not in so I requested a call back.  I then called [redacted] and they told me they needed to hear from the hotel manager.  I did not hear back from Super 8 manager in Craig so I called again.  He was out and was supposed to return my call.  Nothing happened.I elevated my complaint to Wyndham Super 8 customer service.  Chris listened to concerns and noted that he could see the room was cancelled.  They were going to email me with response.  I received voice mail on phone to call them.  I spoke with Angie who told me she would email response.  No email.  Two days later I called and spoke with Lucy who told me that they had sent email response.  I asked her to send again.  No email.  I then elevated complaint to Revdex.com.  They were able to get the email.  That's 6 different calls and filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.  If that is the way Wyndham does business they will have none of mine....ever.  Being recently retired and traveling more now you can be sure that I will not be doing business with Wyndham Super 8 in the future.  As I meet travelers during retirement you can also be sure that I will be sharing this information of poor customer service with many others.
