I booked a night stay at Super hotel for a family vacation for July 6th & 7th, Pictures of hotel showed new immaculate rooms When I arrived and checked in my 3rd floor room was run down(#***), dirty, moldy(in showers), bugs in room and a mostly green pool My room key was not working, had to walk down flights of stairs three times to get my room key working with all my baggage I complained to the Hotel receptionist about the incident and she had to bring other keys her self to get door open Once in room, I noticed the shower/tub was moldy, toilet would not flush and a few bugs in room(which I killed and tossed out) I stood on my balcony and noticed the pool water had a greenish color and could not see the shoulders of the people swimming in the pool due to the color of the water My and family complete disgust for the cleanliness of the place we decide it was not in our best interest to stay in such a dirty pl
