Super 8 Fairgrounds

I am attaching both customer care complaints filed by *** *** including the case notesThe 1st case was filed on 7/7/case #***I spoke to the guests mother and explained the hot tub issue to her*** *** offered to assist the front desk in cleaning the paper pieces out
of hot tub so he could use itThe front desk clerk thanked himThe guest had already been given a Free upgraded room at that timeGuest booked another stay at hotelGuest booked rooms, room had a water issue, the children in the room above them had flooded the bathroom causing water to leak through ceilingGuest was given a FREE upgrade at that timeThere were no issues reported for the 2nd room during the guests stayGuest filed another customer care case #*** on 7/21/I emailed the guest apologizing for the water issue and reminding them we had given them a free upgrade to a queen mini suite for the room with the issueThere were no electrical issues in either roomGuest just turned off light switch which controlled the outletIssue was resolved .See case note documentation*** was refunded the $and she accepted this as compensationGuest was also offered 15,Wyndham Rewards point, which is the cost of a night stay at any Super hotel, on 8/23/This guest is on our DO NOT RENT list and we have asked them to find accommodations elsewhere. The staff has tried very hard with no success to work with *** wants both her stays, hotel nights freeShe has been compensated, and no further compensation will be given. --
