Sevier County Electric is guestimating bills. How can a utility bill go higher when there is no one in the house? Appliances (with exception of fridge ) turned off. Not one light left on in the house. Gone for almost two months and my bill went higher then before I left.
They claim their meters are "correct" . Well how can we prove/disprove this?
We can only take their word and with no competition from any other utilities, we are forced to pay their fees and use them. I live alone, have blinds open during the day, lights off.
When I do have ONE light on, its the one behind me. A nightlight is used in the bathroom so I don't have to turn on light there.Im tired of living in the dark and being cold and watching my
bill go up
