Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I booked my room in advanceI knew how much I could afford to spend when I planned my trip down thereI paid my booked price when I arrived at Super Motel, which was $for two nightsIt didn't say I would have to give the manager an additional $for cleaning my roomThe room was no different then when the housekeeper cleaned it the day beforeThe bed needed to be made and cleaning but nothing unusual I had a friend that came with me that will witness that I didn't have my dog with meThere was also a motel repairman that came to the room the first night to repair the bathroom light that didn't workHe was there for at least thirty minutesI believe his name was *** I won't accept half of what he owes me! Like I said, the money is important but the fact that he is lying is more important! I haven't went to the police yet, but I'm thinking seriously about going and letting them trace who used my credit/debit card to pay their AT&T billRespectfully, [redacted] *** Regards, [redacted] ***

The guest had several people in the room upon check out the head housekeeper noticed that one of the Bed spreads is missing ,I at once called the guest to find out what happened to our bed spread but there was no answer I left several messages ,finally I charged the guest According to our polices that if anything missing or broken will be charged to the guest

I am rejecting this response because: I said the lock was broken, not the door handleI called from the hotel phone Friday night and explained the situation in my room, once I had discovered itI didn't realize that I needed to go through the cleanliness of my room as soon as we walked in the doorI just assumed that we were in a sanitary roomLittle did I know that our room was a disgusting, infestationNeither I, nor my fiancee, or my daughter ate anything from your motelThe idea that you could track our eating habits, when you can't even track the cleanliness of your rooms is laughableThe only reason I continued going to your establishment, was because of the tournament being held thereAs far as our circumstances having been based solely on the outcome of the tournament, you are sadly mistakenYou are proving to be a liar, as well as an incompetent managerI have the trophies to prove otherwiseNow according to you, you talked about our identity to other playersAre you telling me that you violated our privacy by discussing personal matters with other guests? I am rejecting this response because:This man is lying! I'm sending pictures of my chocolate lab and also one of me on the beach while I was thereAs you can see my dog is very big and and the purse I had with me down there is the one in the picture, which is very smallThere is absolutely no way that I could sneak this dog anywhere, (even though I wouldn't do that anyway), because he is very full of energy and barks a lotI also can't handle him by my self because he is so strong and can knock me downI never told this man that I didn't have a dog, I told him that I didn't have a dog with me down thereThat I have one at homeI ask him to look at the security camera footage but he wouldn't have anything to do with thatHe was very insulting and accusing and wasn't reasonable at all Also, I had to report my credit/debit card as stolen when I got home and looked at my online checking accountNot only had Super Eight charged my account the additional $but someone also had used my credit/debit card number and paid AT&T $59.99. That was also paid on 05/15/I went to my bank first thing next morning and was told that someone paid their AT&T bill using my credit card numberThat was also done while I was staying at Super Eight Motel The money is important to me, but the fact that he is lying on me is more important and needs to be resolvedIf he is doing this to me, how many other people is he doing this too? I'm not a liar and don't like to be called one If by simply looking at the security camera footage would resolve this, why won't he do that? Respectfully, *** ***'

The accusations are totaly the guest checked in at pm in the afternoon if your lock was not working hope did she get in and out of the room over times acording to the door lock programmer , the guest never called once to the front desk to complain about anything the first I hard was
when she came to check out at 11.00Am why would she wait till am to complain after she enjoyed our continental breakfast The guest was here for a foose ball tournament they got a special rate of $acording to some other players that I talked to was that they lost the match in the first round and were upset and left a day early, I did refund them the second night.without any penalties and the room was checked by our supervisor of housekeeping no bugs were found.the room was rented the next night and the guest never cpmplained about any thing

We have refunded [redacted] $190.39 it will take 2 to 5 days to go back on the credit card ending 2817

Mr. [redacted] was given a full refund upon his check inn Mr [redacted] used a debit card I spoke to his debit card company that there was not a double charge it was a pending due to mr. [redacted] bank

I am rejecting this response because: They are completely lying. I did not know anything about this until we received our credit card statement. It was just me and my husband no one was in the room when we checked out. I called them when I saw the 75.00 charge on my credit card bill and called them that day. A woman said the comforter was missing. I told her that there was no way I would have taken there comforter, I'm afraid of getting bed bugs. She said the manager would call me back, he didn't. I called the next day and he said the comforter was missing. I said maybe his employees took it. He said it was missing and hung up on me.

In a good faith gesture I am willing to give the guest $ 50.00 back as I did spend lot of money to clean the room, we have nothing to do with the other charges , she can call the company and they will advise her who used the card .

Thank you for giving me opportunity to explain my side of this incident the guest had a dog in the room , the housekeeper saw her sneaking the dog out of the room, when checking out , we have a sign stating that we are not pet friendly, and that if a pet found in the room there will be additional...

$100 fee to fumigate the room and shampoo the carpet . I personally went to the room and found dog hair all over the bed and on the carpet , when discussing this matter with the guest she denied to own a dog at first and then she said that she has a big dog , had her friend called me and threaten me with bodily harm, he also stated that she has a dog in his conversation with me.

The credit of $190.39 has been refunded now. Thank you for your assistance!

The reservation was made through [redacted] and there was only one reservation that shows in our check inn system we never charged the guest for this reservation , we only show one reservation under the name [redacted] .

We never look up reservation with the last 4 digits of a credit card our system does not work that way I am willing to give a free night stay on your next visit. except holiday weekends and special events .
