The reservation made online to super8.com included the return policyShe did not cancel her reservation within the policy time frameOur franchise researched this and the reservation was active but she did not show up on the reservation date this is why she was charged as a no showAfter the
charge was done that's when she made the complaintShe made a complaint with the franchise as wellShe is not entitled to a refund

We do not accept their response, but we also do not wish to pursue this issue any further. When we return to [redacted], we will never stay at this motel again, and we will advise everyone we know not to stay there as well.
General Manager Rasik N[redacted] is extremely rude to those you stay at this hotel, the hotel was very dirty and run down, at the time I stayed there, there were approximately 20 broken toilets in the parking lot along with empty beer bottles and other trash. Rasik N[redacted] did not seem to care when I brought this to his attention. I had booked six rooms in advance and when we arrived it was to late in the evening to find another hotel. I will never stay at this location again and will encourage everyone I know to boycott Rasik N[redacted] as well.
The motel is not responsible for items left behind by the desk. We do not provide such a service to guests.When they do so they make their own arrangement to have it picked up either by an individual or UPS or FEDEX. The...
guest was demanding us to mail it and says that it was part of the motel's service to do so. He gave me the excuse that nobody wants to have it picked which is not true. In the past collection arrangement has been made by the guests and have items collected. The items are still here at the motel and guest must make his own arrangements to have it collected.
Review: I stayed at this hotel for three nights a week for two weeks in a row while working in the area. I made reservations for the same schedule Monday thru Thursday from mid October till late December expecting to be working in that area for the duration and beyond. When my work location changed I cancelled the reservations with the gentleman at the front desk. I clearly instructed him to cancel all further reservations, for I had no need to stay at this hotel anymore. I was given a cancellation conformation sheet and left there in the belief that everything was taken care of. I noticed on my credit card statement in mid December that I had been charged a total of around 1600 dollars since I departed the hotel. After making several attempts to contact the hotel manager and regional manager, I filed a complaint with the hotels costumer service, and after a few weeks have still heard nothing back.
In my eyes it is a very simple explanation for what has happened, the gentleman at the desk did not do his job and properly cancel my reservations and I am falling victim of this mans incompetence, and the hotels indifference to my financial well being. My wife and I are expecting our first child in early April and already live paycheck to paycheck.Desired Settlement: I would simply like my American express account to be refunded every sent that was charged to it since I received the cancellation conformation on October [redacted] 2015.
