I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.THIS RESPONSE DOES NOT MEET THE RESULTS THAT I ASKED FOR TO BE ABLE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUETHE ESTABLISHMENT IN QUESTION FRAUDULENTLY RENTED US ROOMS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DEEMED UNOCCUPIABLETHE WATER WAS ABSENT FOR A PERIOD OF TIME (NO TOILETS)..AND THEN WAS UNSAFE TO DRINK AND NASTY TO SHOWER WITH...FOR THE REMAINDER OF OUR STAY...NOT TO MENTION OUR JACUZZI BEING UNUSABLE! I HAVE DOZENS OF PICTURES AND WITNESSES TO QUALIFY EVERY STATEMENT I MAKETHE BOY AT THE DESK WAS SMUG AND RUDE TO THE POINT THAT I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED IN ALL MY LIFE! 50% OFF ONE NIGHT IS INSUFFICIENTONE OF THE NIGHTS REFUNDED AT 100%...FOR BOTH ROOMS WE RENTED (AT A COST OF APPROXIMATELY $350) IS WHAT IT WILL TAKE TO RELINQUISH MY CLAIM ($REFUND)I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH TERRIBLE QUALITY...LACK OF SERVICE...AND DISRESPECT IN ANY CUSTOMER-ORIENTED BUSINESS IN ALL MY LIFE! I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR BRAND AGAIN!AS OF 5-26-15...NO CREDIT HAS BEEN ISSUED...ACCORDING TO THE BANKONE OF THE TWO CARDS USED WAS A BANK CARD...AND ONE WAS A PRE-PAID DEBIT CARD USED ONLY FOR THIS ONE OCCASION AND DISPOSED OFTHIS REFUND NEEDS TO BE PAID...IN ITS ENTIRETY TO THE US-BANK ACCOUNT
