I made a reservation on 5/13/with ExpediaI went to go check in around 9:00pm, when I got to the front desk [redacted] asked for my card and idI gave him my card and id, once he looked at it he said he couldn't take itI've stayed at this hotel prior days to this, used the same card and had no issues[redacted] told me that per the hotel policy that he had to take a $depositI was never asked any other time to make a deposit, why now? This was a bad experience for me and my family and I didntisn't like the way I was treated
