I am rejecting this response because the Super has completely misstated the facts of the incidentI was visiting for one hour in the room of a family guest who was registered at this motel during my daughter's college graduation weekend. The manager herself accosted me in the hallway and told me to leave the property with no cause, with no explanation as to her reason. When I tried to explain to her that I was not staying as a registered guest, she became inexplicably angry and uncivil. I do not want further communication with these people, but thought other guests should be wary of this property's lack of hospitality and civility

Dear Revdex.com,
First of all, let me sincerely express my regrets on not responding sooner. I hope the Revdex.com will believe me when I write that this is the first time that a complaint came through my email letting me know about Customer Complaint No. [redacted]. I received a...

letter dated June 02,2014 but had never received an email earlier. Here at the Super 8 we read each customer concern carefully and respect all opinions; and answer accordingly.  It was never our intention to not respond. 
As for the complaint from Ms. [redacted], I believe there is a huge misunderstanding on behalf of Ms. [redacted] and find the whole situation quite preposterous. Ever since the economic boom here in Northern Colorado and increased hospitality business we have heighten our senses to security and per our policies only allow guests who are registered and/ or claimed for to stay in the hotel. Mr. [redacted] was our customer not Ms. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] made a reservation through Expedia for one person (himself) staying for three nights, but specified that he needed an extra bed. Upon check in, we clarified that there would only be one person in the room and Mr. [redacted] confirmed. 
Later in the evening, it came to our attention that indeed there were two people in the room. We called Mr. [redacted] stating that we would have to charged extra for his guest which he refused to pay, which we then asked Ms. [redacted] to leave the property. 
Unfortunately, Ms. [redacted] who was never even our paying or registered customer, has made it her lifetime goal, to ruin our reputation which we stand by proudly. I find it perplexing that a person who is not involved in our hotel what so ever as a paying or registered guests is spending her precious time writing every single customer service out there to validate her ego. We have already contacted personally Ms. [redacted] through email (about a month ago), through customer relations of our corporate offices and now through Revdex.com. Her relentless attitude is tiresome. She is blaming us for a problem she-herself has created. We stand by our decision in removing the guest off our property when no one was willing to claim nor pay for her visit and once again apologize for not have written sooner.  
Although the case has been closed off by your offices we hope that you accept our response into your systems.
